What I liked

The choice of casting Hamlet as a female was a bold choice, and worked out quite well.

What I didn't like

The beginning was a little slow to get going. However, once you were introduced to all of the characters the pace sped up.

My overall impression

This was a fun and interesting “update” to the traditional Hamlet play. While still including your classic characters and plot, this play explored the layers of the characters of Hamlet, Laertes and Ophelia with a modern lens. It was very interesting and entertaining!
