What isn’t there to like about Ai? She’s a charming and seemingly shy Japanese woman who will win you over with her smile and charm. But don’t be fooled, she has learned to curse like a true American and will show you she’s way stronger than she appears to be…
What I didn't like
Her screaming fans were overly loud and overpowered her soft spoken voice and deliverance.
My overall impression
Ai wanted to leave Japan for America in order to meet her River Phoenix, the iconic American actor who died tragically young and whose sensitivity sparked a desire in this 9 year old little girl. She wouldn’t settle until she met her idol in an American white male who would resemble River Phoenix and, one fine day, her dream came true. Or was it her nightmare?
