What I liked
I can’t get enough of the hilarity of how smart the moments between the arguments cutting away to the music with it’s lyrics are.
What I didn't like
I know that pamphlets were given out with the lyrics, but I missed how the original show flowed. I’m sure it has to do the space, but I liked having the lyrics on a screen that I could follow along with. Especially since it’s not always easy to hear what’s being sung, and the lyrics are key in getting the humorous juxtaposition of it all. I think if something could be done to hear everyone more clearer overall that would only help benefit the viewers, and make sure they aren’t missing some of the best jokes.
My overall impression
Between the clever concept, witty writing, and good music there’s nothing left but to sit back with a drink and enjoy this show which will keep you laughing and engaged through it’s entirety. I’ve already seen The People vs. Hell Kross twice, and would definitely go back to see it again.
