Things seem hopeless until one day, a handsome stranger from sunny California breezes into Mary’s cafe where Penny works. They strike up a romance, and he eventually offers her an opportunity to escape. Penny is faced with the decision to leave everything behind and start a life of her own in what seems like paradise, or remain loyal to her family and her home despite the challenges.
