I think if you like Beckett-style theater, you really must see this one! There is rarely anything like this at fringe. Kehoe really goes for it with language and conversation as few dare to. Rubenstein, Wylie and Barresi are all incredible, I can’t imagine a more amazing cast (or better direction!) to bring this play to life. You need strong actors to pull heady stuff like this off, and they nailed it.
What I didn't like
Maybe an even bigger production..! (Set-wise.) In order to have more for the director to work. But that’s ‘cause it’s Fringe. You gotta pack everything up and move it. And it is supposed to be spare like some Beckett I think.
My overall impression
An incredible work of performance on a fairly spare stage (although the elements included serve action very well). Wonderfully engaging, truly unique writing.
