What I liked

The entire cast brings a nice, varied energy to the show, but the standouts would be Mike Bowers as Fitz, the beleaguered host of the show; Mandie Hittleman as Veronica, the ‘villain’; and Amanda Charney as Madison from Madison. “The Last and Final Rose” number is a real show stopper, as is the unexpected ballet sequence beautifully choreographed by Jacob Krech. In fact, the choreography all around is really memorable, and the production makes great use of their space.

What I didn't like

Some of the songs were a bit repetitive, lyrically, but the cast made up for it with their spirit and commitment.

My overall impression

What a delightful surprise! Most parody musicals I’ve seen have strayed too far from the general conceit, but not here. This is, essentially, a full season of “The Bachelor” crammed into 75-minutes of song and dance madness. It’s made by people who understand the tropes of what make the show so addicting to audiences.
