What I liked
I love Sam Shaber’s original songs. I didn’t know her as a songwriter before, but now, as a result of her show, I’m a huge fan!
What I didn't like
Nothing with Sam’s show. However, the noise in the theatre lobby got a little distracting at times for the people in the theatre sitting close to the door. However, that just might be the way it is. I suggest sitting as far away from the theatre door as possible.
My overall impression
Sam Shaber’s mix of storytelling and original music weaves a tapestry of life to which we can all relate on some level, regardless of what you grew up to be. Her story is a wonderful metaphor of how acceptance of what life throws at you can lead to unexpected gifts.
