What I liked
I especially liked the “Poetic Sense” of the script. Glenda filled the room before her foot ever hit the stage. Great job on the graphics. Enjoyed that storybook feel of the digital back drop. I really appreciate the work and detail put into the costumes and make-up.
What I didn't like
Some of the actors need to slow down delivery of lines. Wicked Witch of the West, good actress, but delivery of punch lines and innuendos fell flat because of her timing. Dorothy, great job for a new comer to the stage, but since you’re here enjoy the moment and allow us to enjoy you too AND SLOW DOWN…PACE YOURSELF SWEETIE! Tin Woodsman, just a little bit louder on projection, and slow pace down just a pinch so that the audience can grasp your words over your heavy accent.
My overall impression
Set, Lighting, Costumes, Make-Up, Writing…AND GLENDA, WERE AWESOMERIFIC! Cant wait to see it again!
