I particularly enjoyed how she would alternate between engaging with the audience directly and return to her solo acting.
What I didn't like
I did, however, feel that the stage was somewhat barren. The play could’ve used more props to make the frame look more lively.
My overall impression
A fascinating story only made possible by Lyralen’s acting. She was a very entertaining and dynamic actor and knowing her actual history and experiences in life, her performance was all the more meaningful. While she shares a very disturbing and difficult past, Lyralen manges to depict a brave, determined woman who refuses to let the world take her down.
