What I liked
The novelistic quality of the choreography and movement which uplifted and brought the story-telling to life, the superbly moving and undeniable talent from each of the three actresses, and how every moment of sap is buoyed by nerve, heart, and commitment seen in choreographer Fernando Christopher and each actresses’ work. I was entirely invested by their vision which was such a spark of magic and showed a beautiful harmony between them. Truly a must-see for Hollywood Fringe 2018!

My overall impression
This is not only a play, but an experience of healing as a people – through dance, heart, texture, allegory, shape, and myth. All of these are used as tools to tell us, as an audience, that despite our specific hardships we still are such an infinitesimal part of an astronomically bigger whole. The beauty shines through the story told through dance in a way that transcends the normal theatre experience to salve our own tribulations, and give our role meaning in the state of the world. You will leave your seat truly feeling you were given a message by goddesses as if they came to life on your mantle-piece. The ultimate message they send you will leave the theatre with: that you are never a victim and only “a survivor.”
