What I liked
The simple setting. A dead body, his canine companion Vida and one actor delivering a moving monologue about dying but wanting to hang on for dear life. Very moving and poetic, I will definitely catch all other performers (and be there on time!!!)
What I didn't like
Wishing it had been longer. Also would be beneficial to be there on time (my fault) but I had just come out of New Kid On The Block seconds before and didn’t have time to process and reset.
My overall impression
Rene Rosado is very charismatic and adds such depth to the character whose dead body lies next to him as he delivers his monologue and recounts his life, the love for his mom and everything he’ll miss now that he’s dead.
