What I liked

The music, live and recorded, was jaw dropping. The movement was skillful and enhanced the messages of the piece. This cast is talented on all fronts!

What I didn't like

Some of the concepts were quite dense and may be hard to understand if you have not studied the black experience, specifically in an American context. An example for me:
black emasculatiom/ white masculinity. Then again, there were lots of cut and dry ideas to grasp that invited action and hope for progress. A must see show!

My overall impression

Poetic, at times dream-like, interspersed with moments of honesty— giving us a Brechtian wake up call. Well done again, Bag O Bones.
