What I liked

There were moments of truly excellent writing. But what I liked the most was the way it appealed to the millennial state of mind in a nuanced and unique way. We all have such high expectations for our experiences and for ourselves, especially in Los Angeles, and very often our expectations fall short of the imaginary circumstances we’ve dreamed up. The cast brings a compact, well-structured and honestly profound story to the audience. Go see it.

What I didn't like

I’m not totally sure. I think it would’ve been interested if the characters had committed fully to the emotional stakes of the heartbreak and frustrations, but the story was so compact and the writing so comedic, that it would have been very difficult to be fully committed and then pull out of the emotion in such a short span of time.

My overall impression

I loved this show! One of the best shows I’ve seen at the festival.
