“The Femmepire Strikes Back” is a cabaret style performance presented by Oakland based arts organization Peacock Rebellion that seeks to challenge, interrogate and explode assumptions of Femme Identity from a POC Trans/Non-Binary/Genderqueer/and Gender Non-Conforming perspective.

Featuring a mixture of comedy, storytelling, film, music and dance, “The Femmepire Strikes Back” envisions what femme can look like when people are given agency to define it for themselves.
