Narcissus & Echo is a dark comedy exploring the water shortage through music, movement, and Greek mythology. It is an original script by Elizabeth Lanier that was developed in collaboration with the current cast for the Hollywood Fringe Festival. This collaboration resulted in the creation of original music by Ian Michaels and Jetta Juriansz. This production features a fantastic ensemble of physical actors and musicians.

This new, darkly comic adaptation of the classic Greek myth sets the story at the forefront of the water crisis. Through the use of music and movement, we see these classic mythical characters in ways we haven’t seen before. We see the humanity of everyone, even the gods. Workshopped with the cast and crew for months, this production is the result of every person involved. At the helm is Elizabeth Lanier, writer/ director who assembled this ensemble. The cast includes; Rishi Arya, Tessie Barresi, David Dimitruk, James Ferrero*, Alexa Giuffre, Ben Horwitz, Shayna Jackson, Jetta Juriansz, Ian Michaels, Charlotte Williams, and Jenapher Zheng. Fellow creative collaborators include Briana McLean and Bailey Bagheri.
