It's 1962 and all of America is white and middle class. You remember, the way we saw it through TV and radio? Think Andy Williams and Perry Como. But as the Harmony Boys so hilariously showcase, behind the fake trees and hired Santas was the misogyny, racism and homophobia that is currently Making America Great Again. The boys miss no opportunity to skewer the ridiculously close-to-the-surface messages in legit Christmas tunes like Christmas Cracker and Santa Claus Got Stuck in My Chimney (featuring the delightfully vapid Harmonettes) while showcasing the broader hypocrisy of American Christian values by hosting their mock charity fundraiser, Harmony Boys Force Feed The World ("give us your 2 cents", which several typically uninformed caller... full review

The Harmony Boys Christmas show is exactly the type of Comedy show we need to see more of. Good comedy strikes a nerve and the Harmony Boys provided a perfect blend of political and satirical comedy. I didn't expect the ensemble cast to be so large and they were amazing. It was so good that the hour long show flew by. Great comedy - great singing - it was just an amazingly witty show.... full review

Absolutely BITING satire. A really thought provoking, honest, in your face piece, dressed up as a holiday special. Extremely talented cast with beautiful voices and a really harsh examination of our current world climate. ... full review

The Harmony boys was hilarious! This show truly does bring the real meaning of Christmas in the 1960s to the stage, which in itself was filled with sexism, racism, homophobia, and murder! All the things you could love about Christmas. The four men bring the characters to life entirely and I would gladly see this show again in a heartbeat.... full review

The Harmony Boys allowed me to find God. It was a transformative, powerful expeience that forever left an impact on my life. I will always remember this night... as the night my life changed for the better. When I think about the things I enjoy in the universe... food, breathing, a good scotch, sex... this show beats them all by a mile. Also, it's like an hour long. So what do you have to lose?... full review

When you come to a comedy/musical you expect to see a singer that acts all right or an actor who can sort of carry a tune. NOT TRUE AT ALL. You have four men with amazing voices and the ability to harmonize beautifully. And then when they open their mouths you get four fantastic actors with comic timing. The harmony in their acting is blended as seamlessly in their acting letting each voice shine and supporting whomever is taking the stage. I went through the night proclaiming "He is definitely my favorite character" until the next actor had his turn. This supporting cast is astounding from the Kids to the Stepford Wife trapped in a married hell, the Jewish announcer and the ARMY sergeant leading us in prayer and Patriotic tunes was flawless... full review
