What I liked

I liked the premise and, like many, have a fascination with all-things Victorian and, maybe unlike many, the SPR. Also, the hypnotism demo was fun.

What I didn't like

It just ended with a “that’s it; show’s over” kind of statement. The audience lingered while it set in that the show had ended. The big shocking moment near the end didn’t have any effect on the audience either. Overall, the presentation needs a little work.

My overall impression

Interesting premise, but it fell a little flat. I either wanted it to stay consistent with the performer staying in character as a speaker at a Society for Psychical Research seminar or present as a dissertation. It was somewhere in between.
