What I liked

The jester drove the show and injected fun and personality into an otherwise straightforward story. The live drumming was a very cool addition. Neat use of projection.

What I didn't like

It could stand to be a little longer as some of the important parts seemed a little rushed and deserve to be covered in more depth. The dialogue was a little repetitive in a couple spots. The projection was a little off center and may be obscured for people on the right side of the theater.

My overall impression

A fun and educational play about the beginnings of the Korean alphabet told through acting, song, and dance. Historical setting and period costumes are juxtaposed with 4th-wall breaking and splashes of current slang.
