What I liked

The description reads
“A sexier, more violent Waiting for Godot, “Definition of Man” is a post-modern decreation myth that, drawing from Kenneth Burke’s essay of the same name, investigates the human drive to communicate and the inevitable breakdown that results from the inherent incompleteness of language.”
This captures it perfectly and when a production knows exactly what it is, you can bet it’s gonna be goo.

What I didn't like

Nikki Muller & Jason Rosario should be doing this show all the time everywhere.
Post-apocalyptic poetry.

My overall impression

Pick of the Fringe for me. Fearless in conception and execution. Nikki Muller is insanely talented and Jason Rosario is more than able to match her energy and power. I’m so glad I got to see this show. The physicality is fantastic but it’s the language, in short, it’s what these two are talking about (you, by the way), that sets this one apart. You’re all over this thing. So, go see yourself go through it.
