LOS ANGELES, May 1, 2017— Although this production is adapted from smatterings of Bram Stoker’s tale, Le Fanu’s Carmilla, re-imagined myths and other dark folklore, The Rise and Fall of Dracula gives us a completely fresh story from a female perspective.

This unique piece takes us back to the ancient roots of Dracula, slowly weaving the legend of the formidable, enigmatic spirit we have become so intrigued by. Themes of Power, Belief and Companionship run throughout the production with powerfully haunting contemporary classical compositions and primal yet beautiful choreography.
