What I liked
From the first line this show is pure theatrical magic. As a member of We Make Movies Film Collective I witnessed the evolution of this production when Jennie brought the piece in its early stages to our performance night, Up On Our Feet. Tom Cavanaugh encouraged her to bring it to Fringe and under his capable direction it was shaped into a beautiful, stirring, funny and heartbreaking hour of insight into the human experience of dealing with mothers, secrets and the inevitable consequences of being born on this planet. Wow!
This is my 5th year attending Hollywood Fringe Fest performances and so far, the best show I have seen. I hope that Jennie and Tom have a long future with “Under The Jello Mold,” for all our benefits.
