Diana is a master of character portrayal – like someone call SNL now! Not only are her many characters (and she plays a ton) easily distinguished, they each felt Intentional- from nasal and annoying truth to tv host/politician sounding denial. She seamlessly goes from character to character in this fast paced show! I laughed the whole time, but my heart ached the whole time as well. It takes real skill to evoke such contrasting emotion at the same time!
Diana candidly shares her account of sexual assault in a way that is watchable and engaging and brave. This show is like what would happen if Inside Out had a baby with SVU- it’s a girl… it’s a powerful girl- watch Diana (literally) find her strength in this powerful show.
