Narsociety - The Social Media Shaming Musical

WOW!!! I have not seen a play / musical of this caliber that I enjoyed on so many levels since, well forever. The book / script was extraordinarily well crafted, keeping the viewer on edge and attentive the entire play. There was not a dull moment. Your characters were all well-developed, well-rounded with depth. We discussed who we might like the best and found that all of the principals, and the supporting cast were just superb. A nice romance, hysterically funny (we have children and our work is very internet based), so we are VERY familiar with the drama created by social media, and more subtly, and richly done, is the overall social commentary that you expressed. This show is HIGHLY entertaining and topical. It's so true to real life and it shows some pretty harsh realities about the internet and how things can be misinterpreted. It's a good lesson for all. I recommend this musical, Narsociety! It's a fun ride and a great escape. ... full review

Overall, while rough around the edges (I don't know the Fringe well enough to draw comparison) the idea is a good one, and with continued development this could really be quite a musical. The song writing is excellent. Fun, fast paced, funny, and entertaining. Great writing and a talented and energetic cast that helps it all work. Worth your time.... full review

This is the kind of show growing up...that made me want to be an actress and in show biz! I felt like I did when seeing "A Chorus Line" for the first time! So entertaining! I left this show singing and dancing...full of joy with a smile on my face! :)... full review

WOW!!! A very timely satire of the 21st Century's obsession with social media. The songs & lyrics were very funny and witty; the choreography really helps support the story, and the performances were engaging, energetic and entertaining! A must see for this year's Fringe!... full review

If you are looking for a Fringe show to entertain you at the same time as really make you think once you've left the theatre, then this is your show!!
