Dufflyn tells the story of every artist trying to make sense of the entertainment industry. I saw my truth in her story and am so grateful for her sharing her life. It was BRILLIANT!... full review

What an incredible show. There was a part of me, when hearing "one woman show," that was worried it might be a little slow or difficult to engage with - but it was exactly the opposite. Dufflyn had my rapt attention the entire time! She wove such a moving, hilarious, relatable, story of growing up and coming to terms with herself and her background in such a powerful, dynamic way. I'm by no means a theatre buff but I would highly, highly recommend this. ... full review

WOW! What an amazing show! Dufflyn Lammers is INCREDIBLE in Discovered. She's an incredible writer, an incredible storyteller, and an incredible actress. I can be a bit of a pessimist when it comes to seeing one-person shows because I've seen my share of bad ones, but this story is so well-conceived, personal, and dynamic that I was gripped and engaged from start to finish. My favorite part of the show is how amazing a storyteller Dufflyn is. The show flowed from childhood to present day so seamlessly and so clear. She really balanced moments of comedy, heartbreak, heightened poetic text, and grounded drama so remarkably well. She portrayed multiple characters with ease and tranferred between them flawlessly. She allowed empathy for... full review

Dufflyn managed to fully capture every Actor's struggle in Los Angeles. It is real, powerful, heartbreaking and delightfully funny. Not many people can pull off a one woman show while keeping the audience fully engaged and entertained. But Dufflyn does so with flying colors! If you are an actor in this town, you will love it because it is you up there. If you are not an actor, you get a truthful glimpse behind the curtain on what we go through on a daily basis. This show is not to be missed!... full review

'Discovered' is emotionally raw, beautifully poetic, and brutally honest. In a biographical piece of taut and fast driving storytelling and theatre, Dufflyn’s solo-performance effortlessly transitions between altered states from her past to representing her maternal life force, one that she both embraces and is potentially afraid that she may one day become herself. The specificity and presence of her mother is so honest that at times you want to jump on stage to both embrace her and laugh with her. The poetic language and driving narrative is clearly a callback from Dufflyn’s days of performing with Russell Simmons' Def Poetry Jam.... full review

Excellent writing---Passionate direction---Masterful performance. Having attended last night's performance of "Discovered" I am moved to share my joyous response to this Wonder-Full show: first, it's Captivating; then, it's Mesmerizing; and now, some 24 hours later, it is Lingering within me, within my soul. Ms. Lammers has put forth a beautiful identification and demonstration of human bondage leading to spiritual freedom which allows for both human and spiritual celebration. Filled with pathos, and, humor, to Dufflyn Lammers I say, Bravissima!... full review

I'll admit. I was a little skeptical of a one woman show, afraid that it wouldn't be able to keep my attention for a full hour plus. But when the lights went out for the final blackout, I didn't want it to be over! Dufflyn is so high energy and so engaging in telling her story, and she's not afraid to laugh at herself, which gave me the freedom to laugh at her also. ... full review
