What I liked
the opportunity to explore, the taffy exercise
What I didn't like
some of the elements of the work flow—I was expecting to use my voice to speak, but I mostly got voice tone work.
My overall impression
While I’m not sure if her approach is the approach for me, I was unaware of places in body that resonated, what my body could do alongside my voice, etc.—it made me become more aware of myself and my actions.
