What I liked
The two actresses Sarah Navratil and Catherine Kresge give phenomenal performances. Both actresses are ones to watch….. Truly encompassing the characters with performances that are beautifully subtle, layered and nuanced. No “theatrical” overacting here! These are actors that give theater a GREAT name again. I recommend it highly. As for the story: a thought provoking, heart rending story about what it means to feel wanted and loved. Although it discusses the issues of adoption… the underlying themes will resonate with all of us. GO SEE IT!!!! Excellent. Truly excellent.
What I didn't like
Hmm…. if I had to give criticism… maybe the set could be more dressed as a very expensive moneyed home. But, honestly that doesn’t make a big difference to me.
My overall impression
Excellent play, excellent actresses (amazing, subtle film quality actors), great story. GO SEE IT.
