What I liked

Some funny lines. The actors playing the father and son had a nicely acted scene at the end.

What I didn't like

The female characters were horribly underdeveloped. They became objectified and the overall feeling of the play was really misogynistic.

My overall impression

This play seemed like it belongs in the 70’s. I could see that it was maybe trying to satirize certain aspects of reality TV and Hollywood but not in any fresh or new way. The underdeveloped, objectified and poorly acted female characters really made the play seem misogynistic and though it was trying to comment, it seemed more exploitive. It’s the 21st century people, time for plays to move forward and attack these issues in new ways, like maybe with a strong female character..or two.. or three…
