What I liked

Excellent cast, doubling in lots of roles!

What I didn't like

Very, very very Broad Comedy which sometimes doesn’t connect!

My overall impression

THE BOOK OF MORMON would surely entertain Jack-Mormons who don’t take their religion seriously (who could?), and this show fulfills the same function, I suspect, for Lapsed Catholics! Producer-Director Robert O’Meara shepherds a talented cast of 6 (3m/3f) through a circumscribed radio show (ideal for a tiny Fringe venue) that skewers A LOT of Catholicism—-and clad in coach garb he directs the audience, too! The result=very, VERY broad humor, but the handout program cataloging the “contestants” is funny in itself and the show’s photo ad is a real hoot! Pious People, Beware!
