What I liked

This performance is magnetic from the first word. It engages the audience in an underdog’s battle against genuine evil. It muckrakes the behavior of these sick cultists as we celebrate the passionate war the hero wages against them. And then it gets better with a thematic and emotional turn near the end which gives the piece even greater depth and humanity.

What I didn't like

This one-man show isn’t exactly a play, but it fits the material. Great story telling.

My overall impression

Ernest Kearney is a force of nature. His command of the stage is powerful and funny at the same time. His monologue is built on brilliant images. As with his show last year, “Out My Window,” Ernest shows that the greatest creativity springs from the complexities of real life.
