I absolutely loved this production. They had a unique interesting way of piecing together several smaller plays to showcase the varying aspects and trials of living as a woman of color in today’s society, which I honestly could never know about through personal experience. We hear about these things, sure, but to see it portrayed as they dI’d was more eye-opening than just about anything I’ve seen. Though most of it was done with a bit of humor, there was one piece in particular that gave me chills: when they told of a true story and went through the ages with their character and described PTSD, depression, etc in a newer way I wish more people could see.
I’d recommend this to anyone and everyone.

My overall impression
I don’t think they could’ve done anything differently; it was an impeccable show that rang true to the creators’ cultures, focusing on the trials and tribulations in a brilliant manner.
