What I liked
The concept was so fun. I think I’ve had those conversations with a cockroach! The cockroach costume is the BEST!! As soon as the cockroach came onstage I knew it would be the best costume of the Fringe. Very creative.
What I didn't like
In a way, I felt like it was two separate shows. A relationship drama and a clever monologue show delivered by a cockroach. I liked the cockroach part more and found myself looking offstage, hoping for a glimpse of his antennae signaling he’d be back.
My overall impression
Liked the cockroach concept more than the relationship drama. Would like to see a 45 minute show of just the cockroach riffing on life and those “buttery toast crumbs”….
