Although I know every word of this play was written down, I felt like I was watching a spontaneous long form improv that, miraculously, had interesting content and splendid acting. Highlights were Josh Banday as a vapid Hollywood producer, Anna-Laurie Rives as a blousey British nurse, Kiff Vandel Heuvel as a know-it-all narrator, and Derek Manson and Tisha Terrasini-Banker as the couple whose lives are forever changed by the birth of their child. There’s even a fun musical number!
What I didn't like
There were some kids in the audience and I am not sure it was appropriate to bring them. The parking in the area is tough (and it is easier for me because I have a handicapped placard.)
My overall impression
I would go see this again. BTW, the staff at the theater is very nice and helpful, which was important to me as I am disabled.
