What I liked
This intimate look into the life and bedroom of this Catholic woman from Mexico, who moved to America to escape the Catholic guilt of society and her family, was a surprising pleasure! These true and usually taboo experiences of masturbation and sexual discovery reenacted on stage made for a giddy audience. The full house of the preview laughed, cried (or that was just me feeling overly empathetic), and felt unexpectedly aroused. We got to see this woman’s beautiful struggle between religion and natural desires.
