I liked pacing and the amount of plot they were able to lampoon effectively over the course of an hour. The Jaime Lannister sequence in the tower was a highlight musical number for me. They really went for the sex scenes too, in a fun and playful manner. I’m amazed by the number of good-humored laughs they were able to all squeeze out of the satire of a show/book the writers’ so clearly loved themselves. No one seemed to lose track of the pre-recorded musical accompaniment, which impressed me. The wolves interpretation was fun running gag.
What I didn't like
Some in the cast weren’t quite musically talented enough for their singing roles, but they were all game. Sometimes the music was running too loud during dialogue so that I couldn’t hear what the actors were saying.
My overall impression
Great big cast for such a little black box but quite effectively staged and maintained over the course of seventy minutes. It’s certainly a parody I can see garnering fan-love throughout the healthy GOT base, if you know what I mean. Funnier than most parody pieces I’ve ever seen.
