How many men does it take to make you a woman?
One of New York Magazine’s “Top Ten People that Funny People Find Funny” and a hit of both NYC and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, alt-comedy diva Desiree Burch brings her “sometimes rauchy… sometimes funny… always honest accounts of misadventures on [the] road to self-discovery” (Time Out NY) to the First Annual Hollywood Fringe for TWO NIGHTS ONLY, June 19 & 20 at 8PM.
Serving up the freshest catch of New York City’s most eligible, Burch mixes playing cards, poetry and parting gifts to help audiences “go fish” through her deck of hilariously true, unadulterated adult stories. The New York Press calls it “one of the best shows at the NYC Fringe this year” and Time Out New York gives it “****” (four stars).
With “refreshing honesty and unbelievable energy” (The List, UK), watch Burch go from virgin to veteran in the city that never sleeps… with the same person twice.
A lonely criminal forensics enthusiast stumbles across a serial killer in his own neighborhood. With the help of his dog, they set out to study the man, but get a little too close. It’s kind of a cross between Rear Window and The Dog Whisperer. Written and performed by Michael Evans Lopez and directed by Maria Pasquarelli.
