My overall impression

This is a fantastic telling of the truths of Vietnam. This play has excellent pacing with a slow burn of character arcs as we see these young men slowly realize the gravity of their situations and how they must adapt in order to survive in such a dire environment. Each actor gave %110 to their roles and were able to not only pull you into a setting, but convey a state of mind that these young men went through day in and day out. By the time it got to the intense climax of the play it effected me on a gut level, feeling physically affected by the experience you are brought through. Couple that with excellent production value and sound design and it becomes a very engrossing play to watch. Cannot recommend enough.
