My overall impression
We see a charming “flash back” to how we all imagine Old Hollywood was, set against the rough edges of Hollywood today with clever writing, vivid characterization and a heap of comedy. Julisa Wright has a wonderful way of telling both stories and still leaving us cheering for her protagonist – believing that she will, indeed, find her way to stardom, somehow. Cheers, Julisa!
