My overall impression
This is a courageous, funny and moving piece beautifully acted by Leigh Curran and directed with integrity and an eye toward bringing the audience ever closer to the heart of the matter. In this case, the heart is an unflinching examination of the performer’s past decisions and their consequences. It manages to be both about her in a very personal and specific way and also about all of us and challenges us all to think about the decisions we in our own lives and how they have made us who we are. It feels active, not just reflective, and a journey well worth any audience taking.
