If I were a mermaid, I would have swam to the very deepest depths of the Sea, found the most beautiful oyster, gently opened it up and found Kyla Garcia, the most beautiful pearl in the entire ocean! Kyla Garcia’s beautiful and incredibly moving story “The Mermaid Who Learned How to Fly” is not only flawlessly written, but performed with such energy and passion that I felt that I had learned how to fly myself by the end of her miraculous show! Kyla is a gem! Keep your eyes and ears out for her now and in the future!!
