What I liked
I loved the format. For an improviser like Anne, having the freedom of order/structure allowed for the audience to feel that much closer… and make the show that much more immediate. But hey… Anne ain’t so shabby either. Not to mention, Skylar! She achieved so much and she didn’t even finish! Good job, Skylar! Great job, Anne!
What I didn't like
mainly that I didn’t get any special brownie. or cupcake. other than that, i was very happy I could be there to celebrate.
My overall impression
Fun, playful, sweet, sad… I’m so curious where the doubles partner losing a sister/twin comes from. Personal questions aside, regardless of where it fits in the ‘truth’ of the world, it added for depth and beauty underneath something so light and silly. In fact, I could have seen more about Summer (Skylar’s recently deceased twin) and perhaps somewhere up on the board of numbers were the answers. All in all, a great performance. engaging, lovely, charming. a comedic force.
