My overall impression

I saw Improvisation on opening day, Sunday, June 15th. It was captivating, expressive, and artful. It reminded me of “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf,” in that it was cathartic. When one of the characters would reveal a new level of truth, there was another one to unfold an even more revealing truth, and with the deepest passion.

Kathryn Wright is a stunning performer that clears the tension out of the room when she lets go mid-play. Each performer proves herself stage worthy through interesting, emotive rants.

You will giggle and be terrified.
