I liked the acting of the Devil far more than the actual play. There was no particular plot. It was difficult for me to understand the central ideas of this play. I disliked the sexual terms used a number of times, though the audience seemed to appreciate them. I did not like the direct slurs against Ayn Rand, with no reasons given for saying that she was "crazy."I appreciated that the author, Joshua, gave me a free ticket.... full review

Joshua Thomas makes for polite, intriguing, insecure & sympathetic Satan, in a portrayal that is totally original. He has a great presence on-stage. And the writing gave me a lot to think about, mirroring aspects of the off-kilter world we all live in. I'd like to read this play, there is a lot to chew on. ... full review

Recommended. Funny as well as thoughtful. Very well done, for the most part. Started a bit slow for me, but both leads held up their own by the end. ... full review

The play develops into an interesting rumination on the implications of perfection – familiarity breeds contempt, even when it’s exactly what you wanted.... Went with a large group and everyone loved it! Witty and intelligent writing, combined with excellent performances from the small cast. This highly entertaining show was both thought-provoking *and* devilishly funny. The theater was also great, with nice waiting areas, restrooms and refreshments, and air conditioning. ... full review
