My overall impression
I was moved by Keaton’s performance, by her her honesty, humility , and humor. I experienced such a catharsis from relating to her emotions that after the play I couldn’t hold back. I let it all go in the back seat of the car, tears of joy, relief, astonishment, wonderment… I’m not exactly sure. All I know is that it made me feel, like really feel something! I asked my aunt how everyone was able to keep calm after, but I heard later that others had a similar experience. Thank you for the courage to perform such a raw and real piece. The best performance I have ever seen!
