I saw this very cute and well directed show.
I Loved the simplicity of it, and still a delight to see. I LOVED THE CAT. NEKO:)
The actor was Amazing.
The ending was a bit abrupt for me. Just was not expecting it.
In the end I had a very good taste in my mouth. A show I would recommend to a friend:)
The acting in this play, and an interesting premise save what would otherwise be a pretty horrible review. You don't start 15 minutes late, end 20 minutes late, and not warn the audience ahead of time. This is fringe, and if you do that - you cause people to be late to other shows: FRINGE RULE #1.
The script is clever, the acting is pretty on par - though I wish the girls wouldn't FORCE tears... because that has to happen naturally to feel real on stage. I was actually impressed with the production side of things... management needs to be friendlier --- from the get go they were cold and shut off from even seeing me, largely because they didn't know me and didn't believe I had purchased a ticket ahead of time... the kicker, I had met this...
Performances, direction, and writing - all excellent. Honest and insightful exploration into death and the effect it leaves. Highly recommended. I absolutely despise cats and I loved it!...
