My overall impression
The Beating is great theater. Certain experiences are unique to the theater and cannot be replicated on film. The Beating is one of those: theater of the absurd at its best.
If you’ve ever served on a jury or questioned the efficiency and effectiveness of our justice system, The Beating is a must see.
