My overall impression
While the actors were talented and fully committed to their roles, the play itself seemed rather pointless. There was not enough exposition to care at all for the characters. You have no idea why they are in the situation you see the in. You have no idea of their relationship or background. I was not emotionally invested because I simply didn’t have enough information to care about the characters. Also, there was no pay-off. No insights into humanity or underlying messages – just 20 minutes of two people being terrified and tortured. Mercifully it was short and free.
