I was extremely impressed by Elizabeth’s performance and play. She’s written a remarkable coming-of-age play, which revolves around growing up with a famous name, and the impact it’s had on her life. Her story is unique yet universal for American women and the many issues we face growing up, such as self-image, sexuality, and independence. She revealed personal details about her life in an honest, gutsy and occasionally hilarious performance, including struggles with weight and relationships with men.
Elizabeth is a consummate actress. She portrayed multiple people so convincingly that I was completely caught up in the 75-minute play. She ended on a high, with a poignant comment from her father which brought tears, laughter, and a standing ovation.
