RECLAMATION”: The process of reclaiming something from loss or a less useful condition.

There are stories and poems inside of us—Joys and sorrows, memories and dreams, sometimes lost, broken off and fragmented, which need to be called back to consciousness from time to time. The stories contain experience and energy and when reclaimed can be paths to greater aliveness and transformation. We can reclaim the stories, both personal and collective, as reflections of the greater story we live as a culture everyday.

Works include: “The Hound”, “Oil Fire”, “Hooded Man”, “Slap”, “So Bored”, “I Want To Talk About It”, “Security”, “Sunset Boulevard Self-Improvement Affirmations.”

THE WALKING THEATRE GROUP is comprised of actors, writers, directors, filmmakers and performance artists of diverse backgrounds and disciplines. We use both traditional and transpersonal techniques to deepen training as performers and develop new material for theatre and film. There is ongoing research and training in the “Walking-In-Your-Shoes” Body/Mind Process also known as the practice of “Spontaneous Empathy” which has many benefits both personal and creative.
