Tanya and cast were simply awesome, down to earth, real, funny and PREPARED. The writing was terrific, timing good. As a lawyer I now see again why I don't like lawyers and try my best not to act like the typical. Keep up the good work. Al Verdi Verdi Law Group PC... full review

This show is brutal. The humor comes from the complete breakdowns of almost every character on the stage.... Don't get me wrong, it IS funny. Brutally funny. We saw it on opening night and the cast was gritty, brilliant and spot-on in their portrayals of these deeply flawed characters. ... full review

Fantastic performances of a very difficult piece? What could be so difficult about 4 people on the same set with no lighting changes? Plenty when you have a show that is a comedy in the same vein as Uncle Vanya or the Larry David show. 4 completely unlikable, unsympathetic, characters who are meant to be funny. 4 people so warped up in their own neurosis and devoid of all but the bare minimum of empathy are meant to somehow elicit laughs from us. And yet somehow it works. It is what's known in the biz as a "difficult piece." The staging, as is required, is sparse and nearly minimalist. We even start with an extended awkward pause. A more difficult comedy move than it sounds. Can you get a laugh doing essentially nothing? Well it h... full review

This was a FANTASTIC show! I enjoyed every minute of this very intimate performance that featured 4 amazing actors with great range. The pacing of the piece was very tight as the characters delved further and further into domestic madness. I love theater where you can see change in the main characters and each of the four actors are given a chance to shine. This was one of the finest theater performances I've seen since I've moved to Los Angeles. GO SEE THIS PLAY!!!!!... full review

Fantastic show!! The actors did a phenomenal job protraying these four characters, stuck in a room, battling out the terms for a playground fight. It's a dark, comedic, fast and clever roller coaster ride through two marriages, an abandoned hamster and children "armed" with sticks. ... full review

WOW. Fast paced. Well acted. Pointed. FUNNY. I thought the characterizations were excellent. I was totally engaged. I thought the dark play was well written and certainly given a refined and comic production by this excellent ensemble. A must see. I have been recommending it to everyone. ... full review

I laughed at loud SO MANY TIMES! Great, committed, non pretentious acting. well directed. its one of those old fashion ACTING shows where you leave thinking about your life and your relationships and how you should basically be nicer to the people around you. I wish the lighting in the space was better, or that the actors were better about staying in the TINY LITTLE BOX of light in the center of the stage. that's a venue complaint more than a show complaint. great work!... full review

Ironically, I missed seeing the hit Broadway production because of the car bomber who parked a few yards away and I nonchalantly strolled to the box office while the loaded SUV was sputtering and sparking. Still, this was a dynamite production, with a brilliant cast, who never faltered in their depiction of seemingly sane people going Boom! Here's a play showing how under the veneer of Civilization lurks the threat of Chaos. The God of Carnage is waiting and when He strikes watch out! This War is Hilarious. Here we are witness to loyalties shifting, man against man, woman against woman, men against women, wives against husbands, rages flaring, old wounds opened, resentments exploding and emotions ravaged. All great fun! Bravo to Director Mel... full review
