My overall impression
Get ready to get tripped out on a psychedelic creativity explosion. My pal Eric and I caught this show opening night and I left feeling inspired and full of ideas. As a show it is overflowing with beauty, puppets, wigs, glitter, sequins, and loads of gay magic. While it was sometimes hard to follow the storyline, the piece hit me more like a beautiful and strange dream. It was as if I were peeking into the unconscious mind of the performer and following non-linear threads through an enchanted, freaky colorful diy world of archetypes and inner characters. It felt to me like a call for all of us to get creative and transform the world. It is a unique creative vision down from the bay area. Go check it out!
